Teeth Cleaning

A very important step towards dental health. Teeth Cleaning is recommended on a fairly regular basis to avoid plaque build-up which can lead to tooth decay.

Our practice uses both panoramic x-rays and/or individual x-rays of the teeth for proper diagnosis.

Dental crowns are porcelain, resin, ceramic or metal caps that are measured and created to be placed on top of a damaged tooth. If fillings won’t work due to the amount of tooth material left, a crown is an excellent alternative. 

If a cavity is discovered, we will remove any damaged areas then proceed with a filling. There are many types of filling material such as; gold, porcelain, silver amalgam, and composite resin.

Dentures are a removable set of replacement teeth that can be built as a partial (only some teeth are dentures and the rest are real) or complete (full-mouth dentures). Talk to our staff to see if dentures are right for you. 

A dental bridge is where two or more crowns are used to replace missing teeth. The crown teeth are known as abutment teeth. The teeth in between are pontics and they are false teeth made from gold, silver, porcelain or alloys.
